As part of their Community Helpers lesson, the students of Grade M2 visited the Fire Station and Police Station. At the fire station, they learnt how firefighters keep us safe during a fire and saw how a fire extinguisher is used. Firefighters also demonstrated the “Stop, Drop, and Roll” technique, giving students a hands-on experience of how to stay safe during a fire. At the police station, they explored the police cell, walkie-talkie, and police equipment, and learnt how police officers help keep our community safe.
