As part of their EVS lesson on Sources of Water, Grade 2 students visited Sathanur Dam. Through observation and guided exploration, they learnt about different sources of water, how a dam stores and supplies water, and how water levels are measured. The visit helped them understand the importance of water as an essential resource for everyday life. During the visit, students also explored the fish aquarium and crocodile park, and observed birds catching fish in the reservoir.
